The description on the print states:

Founded in 1993, Neptune Aviation is an aerial firefighting company based at Missoula International Airport (MSO) in Missoula, Montana. It provides aerial support and firefighting services under exclusive use contracts with the United States Forest Service and Canada. Neptune was the first US operator to contract with the USFS in 2011 for a Next Gen aircraft; a converted British Aerospace BAe 146. Neptune Aviation now flies an all BAe 146 fleet equipped with the innovative REV 3 tank capable of delivering a payload of 3,000 gallons of fire retardant.

The British Aerospace 146 was developed as a short-haul and regional airliner manufactured in the United Kingdom. Production ran from 1983 until 2002. With 387 aircraft produced, the BAe 146 was the most successful British civil jet airliner program in the UK’s history. The aircraft is a high-wing cantilever monoplane with a T-tail. It has four turbofan engines mounted on pylons underneath the wings, and has retractable tricycle landing gear. The aircraft has very quiet operation, and was marketed under the name Whisperjet. Maximum speed is Mach .75 with a range of 2,400 miles and a ceiling of 35,000 feet.
