The description on the print states:

“Trooper 4” is one of three Bell 407s operated by the Delaware State Police (DSP) Aviation Unit. It's primary missions are to provide rapid medical transport of trauma victims in support of fire and EMS agencies, air support for ground based law enforcement units, search and rescue, and airborne security.

DSP operations are based at Sussex County Airport in Georgetown, which serves the southern half of the state, and Summit Airport in Middletown, which serves the northern half of the state. Pilots and paramedics are on-call 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. The unit averages approximately 2,000 missions, transports approximately 300 trauma patients, and flies almost 1,500 hours annually. The DSP was the first law enforcement agency in the world to acquire the Bell 407.
