The description on the print states:

G-CRWL is a Leonardo AW169 based at Newquay Airport  (EGHQ) near Newquay, United Kingdom, and operated by the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust. The aircraft carries a crew of three: one pilot and two critical care paramedics, or a critical care paramedic and a doctor, and enables quick responses to care for the most critically ill or injured patients and access to remote locations inaccessible by road. Call out to on-scene times average 12 minutes in mainland Cornwall. Cornwall's air ambulance was the first dedicated helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) operational in the UK when introduced in 1987. Cornwall Air Ambulance is a charitable organization with yearly operating costs of 4.5 million pounds per year with no direct government funding. The organization is maintained solely by corporate sponsors and members of the public through donations, various fund-raising events, and sales of weekly lottery tickets and legacies.
