The print description states:
This BO-105LS/C-30 is operated by CALSTAR and is based at Lake Tahoe Airport (TVL- elevation 6,269) in South Lake Tahoe, California. The crew consists of a pilot and two critical care RNs providing rapid onsite emergency care and medical transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pilots have a minimum of 3,000 hours of pilot-in-command flight time. Flight nurses have a minimum of 3 years experience in intensive care, emergency room, and pre-hospital care.
CALSTAR 6 was upgraded to operate in mountainous terrain and support flights as high as 20,000 feet ASL. The original Allison engines were replaced with Rolls Royce 250-C30, 650 shaft-horsepower turbines providing increased power and easier maintenance. This aircraft was only the second in the world to be fitted with the “Super Lifter” kit including a fiber-reinforced composite main rotor, wider chord tail rotor blades, and an improved hydraulic system resulting in a 10% increase in its maximum take-off weight to 6280 lbs. It is capable of transporting up to 2 patients at a time and has a 10-county service area. It is equipped with NVGs to operate in conditions where there is little to no light.
