The description on the print states:

Engine 1183 is based at CAL FIRE Ukiah Station in Ukiah, California. CAL FIRE uses the four-wheel drive Model 34 Type 3 wildland fire engine to enable greater access to California's rugged and often remote terrain. The engine has interior seating for five personnel, and is equipped with a 500 gallon booster tank, a 2-stage, PTO driven fire pump with the potential of delivering 500 gpm, a 180 gpm auxiliary fire pump, and other specialized fire fighting equipment.

The Mendocino Unit (MEU) encompasses Mendocino county in California’s north coast region with an area of 3,510 square miles and an elevation that rises from sea level to 6,954 feet. The MEU Unit is geographically divided into six battalions. Fire suppression resources include approximately 125 career personnel and another 120 seasonal personnel, 16 engines, five bulldozers and other equipment, the Howard Forest Helitack Base supporting Copter 101, and the Ukiah Air Attack Base supporting Air Attack 110 and Airtankers 90 and 91.
