The description on the print states:

Hollister Air Attack Base is CAL FIRE’s fixed-wing and helitack facility located at Hollister Municipal Airport (KCVH). Their primary role is initial attack and air support for wildland fires on the central California coast. The base houses air tactical aircraft and airtankers including a North American-Rockwell OV-10 Bronco for airborne command and control directing all aircraft over a fire, two Grumman S-2Ts for precision drops of fire retardant ahead of advancing flames to slow or stop progression, a Sikorsky S-70i Firehawk carrying 8–12 firefighters onboard for firefighting and rescue, and a Helitender Support Unit (HTSU) to provide jet fuel and operational equipment supporting the Firehawk.
