The description on the print states:

Bear Valley Helitack Copter 406 is a UH-1H Super Huey based in Paicines, California. The crew consists of one pilot, two fire captains, six firefighters, and an engineer. Their primary responsibility is to respond to callouts for initial attack on wildfires and other emergencies. Copter 406 can deliver a 7-person helitack crew with firefighting hand tools and drop 325 gallons of water from a belly tank. The helicopter and crew may also be used in a number of other missions including hoist air rescue, aerial ignition, cargo sling load, troop transport, reseeding operations, and mapping.
