The description on the print states:

N783AZ is a Bell 429 GlobalRanger operated by the Arizona Department of Public Safety Aviation Bureau, a statewide aviation unit providing critical aviation and air rescue support to the citizens of Arizona, Department personnel, and local, state, and federal partners. With bases in Kingman, Flagstaff, Phoenix-Deer Valley, and Tucson, the bureau’s primary missions include search and rescue, hoist and short-haul operations, swift-water rescue, medical evacuation, highway and criminal law enforcement support, missing-person searches, infrared surveillance, and wildland fire initial response and aerial observation.

Crewed by a pilot, one or more trooper or civilian flight paramedics, and additional tactical or medical specialists depending on the mission, the aircraft is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW207D turboshaft engines producing 720 shp each at takeoff. It has an operational cruise speed of approximately 160 mph and a range of approximately 410 miles.

The aircraft is equipped with a Collins Aerospace/Goodrich rescue hoist, an L3Harris Wescam MX-10 electro-optical/infrared camera turret, searchlight, an NVG-compatible cockpit and cabin, a terrain awareness and warning system, multi-band public safety radios, medical and rescue cabin fittings, and large sliding cabin doors for hoist and litter operations.
