The description on the print states:

N261HC is an AgustaWestland AW109SP operated by IHC Health Services Inc. and based at Intermountain Cedar City Hospital in Cedar City, Utah. Intermountain Life Flight’s highly skilled pilots, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and physicians have provided personalized critical care and treatment for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and high-risk OB patients since 1978, and transport approximately 4,500 patients per year.

Configured for EMS and search and rescue missions, the aircraft is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW207C turboshaft engines producing over 1,400 shp for a top speed of 190 mph and a range of 530 miles. Pilots are specially trained to operate in high-altitude, rugged terrain in the most extreme conditions. In the search and rescue configuration, the crew can search for and locate stranded hikers and rescue personnel, and perform hoist rescues using up to 300 ft of cable if necessary.
