The description on the print states:

H-60 is a CHP Airbus H125 assigned to the Border Division Air Operations Unit and based at Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) in Thermal, California.  The unit operates one helicopter and two airplanes and covers California’s three southern most counties, from the coast to Arizona to the US-Mexican border.  The unit provides assistance to the CHP and other local, state and federal agencies with pursuits, suspect searches, traffic enforcement, traffic congestion relief, stolen vehicle recoveries and surveillance, as well as for search and rescue missions and medical evacuations.

The aircraft is powered by a Turbomecca Arriel 2D turboshaft engine and is equipped with a NVG capable Garmin glass cockpit and three-axis autopilot system, FLIR 380-HDc camera, Trakkabeam MKII searchlight, Churchill Navigation system, and a TDFM 9300 radio and Flightcell DZM for communications.  In the rescue and medevac roles, the  Goodrich hoist allows extrications from a maximum height of 165 feet above ground level. If medical intervention is required, the helicopter is staffed for Advanced Life Support missions and carries a defibrillator, heart monitor, and oxygen.
