The description on the print states:

N531RG 0080FF was manufactured in 1990 in Culver City, California. It was acquired by Blackwater through its subsidiary, EP Aviation LLC, as N530JC. After providing security overwatch in Iraq and Afghanistan for the State Department, the aircraft returned to the U.S. and was purchased by Northwest Helicopters. The helicopter was converted from right-hand (R/H) to left-hand (L/H) command and was used in Puerto Rico to help rebuild power lines damaged by Hurricane Maria in 2017. Helicopters Unlimited LLC took ownership of the aircraft in 2020 as N530JC, refurbished it, and configured it for power line and utility work. The helicopter was registered as N531RG in 2023.
