N911SG 0430E was manufactured in 1990 in Culver City, California. It was purchased and operated by a private individual in Venezuela as YV1108. Helicopters Unlimited acquired and imported the aircraft in 2019 as N911SG, refurbished it, and configured it for power line and utility work. The helicopter was sold to Hawkeye Helicopters in 2022.
