The description on the print states:

N618SG 0014E was manufactured in 1982 in Culver City, California. It was purchased and flown by a private individual as N888SD until Metro Air Services (now known as Summit Helicopter) bought the aircraft in 1997 and operated it for power line and utility work. Helicopters Unlimited LLC acquired the aircraft in 2014 as N888SD, changed the registration in 2015 as N618SG and leased it back to Summit Helicopter. The helicopter suffered a dynamic rollover and sudden stoppage in 2018.
