The description on the print states:

N51BH, serial number 84-23941, is based at Brackett Field (KPOC) in La Verne, CA, and operated by BlueSky Helicopters as a utility helicopter providing precision external load operations up to 9,000 lbs. 84-23941 (”941”) has had a long history completing difficult missions and serving this country. As a civil helicopter, N51BH will continue building on this proud history.

“941” entered service in 1984 as a UH-60A Black Hawk assigned to Task Force 160th, now known as the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). The aircraft immediately received extensive modifications to meet task force mission requirements. It flew with the 160th for approximately ten years before being transferred to the Tennessee National Guard in 1994. It was converted to a UH-60Q to better fulfill its role as a medevac helicopter in 1998. From 1998 to 2012, 941 flew medevac missions in different theaters of operation. In 2012, the aircraft underwent a two-year upgrade to a HH-60L.

In late 2018 “941” was sold though the BEST program and purchased by JAMBB, LLC. It was immediately torn down for inspection, demilitarization, and mission specific upgrades were added. In April of 2019 “941” became “N51BH” and took its first flight as a civil helicopter. In June of 2019, “N51BH” received its restricted type certificate officially making it the first SixtyHawk TC HH-60L.
